Grace Popp graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Communication Arts and a minor in Art History. In 2014, shortly after graduating, Grace was hired as an in-house designer at Richmond-based World Art Group, LLC. World Art Group is an art publishing and licensing company that has art work in every major retailer around the globe. Grace has since expanded her knowledge of many mediums: watercolor has greatly influenced her recent work, as have the inclusions of programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. She is now a Senior Designer and Social Media Manager, in charge of WAG's business instagram @theworldartgroup.
She has had work featured in Quail Bell Zine, along with other Richmond-based publications. Grace’s work has been exhibited in galleries such as the Anderson Gallery, Gallery 5, and Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery. She and business partner Sami Cronk ran Tiny Art Company from 2015- 2018. Grace's work has been featured in Target, Crate & Barrel, and Ethan Allen to name a few. Her watercolor paintings and greeting cards are available for sale at Darling on the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville.
Grace lives in Charlottesville, VA with her partner James, her perfect kitties, Ollie and Hitch, and their 100+ house plants.
